• d-company herby informs interested parties regarding its personal data protection policy.
• d-company reserves the right to amend its present policy, and will notify interested parties regarding any changes prior to them being made.
• When interested parties offer their personal details voluntarily using any of the questionnaires posted on this web site, or via an e-mail, they are granting explicit authorisation to d-company for the said details to be included in a file under ownership of d-company. • d-company hereby expresses its commitment to ensure confidentiality in the use of interested parties’ personal details.

Lastly, in accordance with provisions contained in article 34.e) of LPD, the Customer consents to the transfer of his or her personal data to recipients under the terms and conditions indicated above. d-company INCENTIVOS, S.L.U. guarantees interested parties full confidentiality in the use of their personal data and that the server used to store and process the said data is protected by the necessary security measures to prevent access by unauthorised third parties.
